Aldelia has established a presence in Chad since 2019. It is the fifth largest country on the continent and is a landlocked country in North and Central Africa with a population of 17.7 million.

Most of the cotton fiber ginned in Chad's processing plants is exported to Europe and the United States. With a GDP of 2.2% (2022) and a labor force participation of 60% according to the World Bank, the country’s growth is driven mainly by exports and, to a lesser extent, household consumption.
