We are pleased to announce Ahlonko Sodji‘s appointment as Aldelia Group’s new Managing Director to drive the company’s ambitious global growth to new heights. In this new role, Ahlonko supervises and stirs all company’s operations and ventures worldwide to achieve strategic goals and grow the business.
Ahlonko has worked for Aldelia for over 13 years and has been an invaluable team member and support to the Group’s CEO & Founder.
Having joined during a time of global economic turbulence and regional challenges, Ahlonko’s contributions have been instrumental in navigating the company through uncertain times.
Throughout his tenure, Ahlonko has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a keen understanding of the industry landscape. Under his guidance, the company successfully launched its operations in Nigeria, quickly flourishing and becoming one of the most profitable and solid arms of Aldelia’s global ventures. His remarkable journey continued as he took on pivotal roles as Head of Operations for the Middle East, Africa & Asia, then advancing to Regional Managing Director before being appointed Chief Operations Officer, responsible for overseeing operations worldwide while strategically identifying areas of high potential growth across four continents.
As a Managing Director, Ahlonko is now leading Aldelia Vision 2026, a bold initiative aimed at positioning the company as the leading Pan-African workforce solutions partner in Africa and the most efficient outsourcing company to support clients’ projects globally.
Ahlonko has a strong Finance, Controlling, and Business Analysis background from Kedge Business School in France and speaks French and English fluently.
He started his career as a management consultant in Lyon at Aficar Mobility and in Paris at Deloitte Consulting. When he is not working, Ahlonko enjoys reading and spending time with his family. He is also a basketball fan.
