By 2026, our plan is to be the top Pan-African HR partner for recruitment and workforce outsourcing solutions and the biggest employer in Africa.

Aldelia’s original London headquarters in London have been supplemented by the addition of a head office in Mauritius, in recognition of our African focus. Stand-alone offices exist in seventeen countries, with regional hubs serving as the focal point for groups of countries defined by a combination of local language, geographic location and currency.
